What payment methods does PureDetroit.com accept?

PureDetroit.com accepts the following forms of payment: Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Discover, PayPal, and Amazon Payments.
Pure Detroit physical gift cards are not setup for online purchased at PureDetroit.com. Please call us when you're ready to place your order with a gift card and we can complete the transaction over the phone. (855) 873-PURE (7873)

Will I be charges sales tax?

We are required to charge 6% sales tax for merchandise being shipped to Michigan residents only. Sales tax does not apply to food items or gift cards.

What is the status of my order?

Once an order is placed, you will receive an order number and a confirmation email with your order summary. We will also notify you by mail when you order has shipped. If you need updated information on your order, please send an email to or call us: (855) 873-PURE (7873)

What is your standard return policy?

We will be glad to exchange you product for another product in-store or online, or we can refund your credit card account for any items that you are not completely happy with. The item MUST be returned to Pure Detroit within 14 days of the shipping date in unused and perfect condition (including all tags and original packaging). Ship prepaid and insured with the package securely wrapped. Returns received after 14 days are subject to a 50% restocking fee. Shipping and handling charges on returned items are non-refundable. Customer exchanges are subject to new shipping charges when exchanged item is re-shipped. We promptly credit your credit card on receipt of the returned item. When an exchange is requested, we will credit your credit card on receipt of the returned item and bill your credit card when the new item is ready to ship.

What if a product is broken or damaged?

If you received an order and it is broken or damaged, please call us at (855) 873-PURE (7873) and we will assist you with your exchange or return.
